When the position of The SS Commandor got into the hands of Franz Kutschera, Warsaw teritory became a place of unprecedented acts of terror. It is worth to remember that public street executions were taking place from 1939 and they were directed towards Polish resistance. Street roundups and exportations to concentration camps were happening on a daily basis. Warsaw citizens were living in constant fear about their lives.
